University Partnership Program
Our Clinical Leaders partner with Australian universities – the University of Melbourne, Deakin University and Flinders University among them – to give the next generation of clinicians valuable skills, support and training. For our clients, that means shorter waitlists and reduced rates with Clinical Leader oversight.
- 300–600 hours of supervised clinical placement
- Masters-level psychology, OT, speech pathology
- Shorter waitlists + reduced rates for clients
For students
Placement students spend time observing our clinicians, participating in team projects and team learning, and managing their own client caseload under direct senior supervision.
For our clients
Working with a placement student means shorter waitlists and reduced rates – with the safety net of a high degree of clinical oversight from our senior team. The work itself is evidence-based and discipline-specific.
For universities
We partner with Australian universities to provide clinical placements that meet course requirements and give students a real grounding in neuroaffirming, multidisciplinary practice.

How the program works
The program is built so emerging clinicians can apply evidence-based practice and discipline-specific knowledge to assess and support children, adolescents and adults – with senior clinical oversight throughout.
- Direct supervision from senior clinicians, with a focus on individualised care
- Students manage their own client caseload, alongside team learning and case discussion
- Support across children, adolescents and adults
Funding and fees
Sessions with placement students are offered at a reduced rate compared to a Clinical Leader. The exact rate depends on the discipline and program – talk to admin at intake.
